Obsidian Fragranza is a luxury fragrance brand operating in Pakistan, offering perfumes and related products for sale through our e-commerce website. We currently ship exclusively within Pakistan.

2. Eligibility

There is no minimum age restriction to browse or use our Site. However, by placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan, or that you have the permission of a parent/guardian to do so.

3. Products and Descriptions

  • We strive to display our products, including images, descriptions, and pricing, as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product colors, packaging, or fragrance notes will be 100% identical to what appears on your screen due to display/device variations.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing

  • All prices listed on the Site are in PKR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, update, or correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, in which case we will notify you before processing the affected order.
  • In the event of a pricing error, Obsidian Fragranza reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Obsidian Fragranza reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:
    • Product unavailability or stock issues
    • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
    • Pricing or listing errors
    • Inability to verify shipping/delivery information
    • Violation of these Terms
  • If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online payments (Shopify Payments / debit or credit card)
  • Mobile wallets (JazzCash / Easypaisa)

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. All online transactions are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently offer delivery within Pakistan only.
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation; however, delays may occur due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier/shipping address provided.

8. Returns and Refunds
