At Obsidian Fragranza, we are committed to delivering your luxury fragrances safely and efficiently across Pakistan. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery within Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.


2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed (for online orders) or verified (for COD orders), our team will process and prepare it for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Please note that order processing does not include weekends or public holidays. During sale periods, promotions, or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.


3. Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location within Pakistan.

Estimated Total Delivery Time (Processing + Delivery): 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as:

  • Your city/location (major cities generally receive faster delivery than remote areas)
  • Weather conditions or natural events
  • Public holidays
  • Courier delays beyond our control

4. Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders across Pakistan, with no minimum order value required.


5. Courier Partner

We ship all orders via Leopards Courier, a trusted and reliable logistics partner across Pakistan, ensuring safe and timely delivery to your doorstep.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp/SMS, which you can use to track your shipment directly through Leopards Courier's tracking portal. You will be able to monitor your order status in real-time — from dispatch to out-for-delivery to delivered.


7. Order Confirmation and Communication

After placing an order, you will receive:

  1. An order confirmation (via email/WhatsApp) once your order is successfully placed.
  2. A dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
  3. Delivery updates as your package moves through the courier network.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier-related issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check your tracking number on Leopards Courier's website for the latest status.
  2. Contact our support team at [insert email/phone/WhatsApp] with your order number for assistance.

In the rare case that a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a free replacement or full refund, at the customer's preference.


9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and other delivery details are accurate at the time of placing your order. Obsidian Fragranza is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at +92 309-4229996 before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.


10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If Leopards Courier is unable to deliver your order due to your unavailability or an incorrect address, they will typically attempt redelivery. If delivery continues to fail after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and you will be contacted to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply in such cases).


11. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Avoid accepting the delivery if the damage is severe, or
  • Take photos/videos of the damaged packaging immediately upon receipt

Then contact us within 3 days of delivery at +92 309-4229996 so we can assist you with a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


12. Order Cancellations Due to Shipping Restrictions

In rare cases where we are unable to deliver to a specific location due to courier limitations, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative arrangement.
